Ms.Spicknall is currently Executive Director of Donate Life Maryland\, has served as Executive Director of MADD\, and has been a victims advocate singe her life was forever changed one tragic night in 1999. Ms.Spicknall has presented to numerous federal agencies\, including the US Dept. of Justice and the FBI.
