DESCRIPTION:Coming to the mid-shore is the "True Colors: No Barriers" Mental Health Art Show\, sponsored by Crossroads Community\, Inc and Corsica River Mental Health Services\, Inc. This live art show will be showcased at Todd Performing Arts at Chesapeake College October 2 through 7 in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week. Artists of all ages are invited to submit art pieces\, including - but not limited to - paintings\, drawings\, photography\, sculptures\, mosaics\, poems\, and digital art. The deadline for submission is September 25th and can be submitted at https://forms.office.com/r/khnzstB8Kd. A free reception featuring live music and light fair will be hosted on October 6 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. All are welcome to attend. Prizes for best in show will be awarded as $250 for first place\, $200 for second place\, and $150 for third place. Questions can be directed to Kyle Willey at willeyk@ccinconline.com.
